The 302 Sport 2.0 from SQlab is a comfortable alloy bar intended for ‘sporty trekking’ bikes indicating they will be suitable for a variety of mountain bikes that present the rider in a moderate or slightly bent-over position. Truth is, you can run them on whatever bike you like to straighten your wrist transition and alleviate some pressure on your hands and tension in your shoulders and neck.
With a 10mm stretch (forwards), a 16° backsweep, neutral up/downsweep and a 23mm rise, the 302 Sport 2.0 places your hands in a more natural position when seated on a correctly fitting bike with a moderate to slightly-bent riding position.
Ovalising the tube on either side of the clamping area increases overall flex without sacrificing strength and cutting edge design, manufacturing and materials have been used to provide a low weight while maintaining high flex and strength properties. These handlebars offer up to 15mm of flex for the ultimate shock absorption and comfort.
The pictured stem is not included in the purchase of the Handlebars.
